without the cold of winter to give it sweetness."

Getting to know me:
I lived in Iselin, NJ until I was 9 years old, then I moved to Cream Ridge, NJ. I lived on a farm and raised rabbits, horses, and goats; just to name a few. I attended Allentown Elementary and High School where I was active in FFA. I graduated High School in 1980 and pursued a career in Horticulture. I opened my own Flower Shop when I was 19. I owned my business for 12 years before I sold it to stay home and raise my two girls now 32 and 29. I went back to school for teaching and graduated in 2005 with a bachelor degree in elementary education. This is my 19th year teaching in Bordentown and I can't picture myself teaching anywhere else.
I still love to garden and I am the advisor for our fifth grade garden club at MIS. I still love animals and anyone who knows me, knows I love goats!
