Some Important reminders :
- Attendance: Please remember to complete the "Report Your Child Absent/Tardy" form (blue circle/bubble on the MIS main website) when your child will be late or absent from school.
- Medications: All medications given at school require a medication form to be filled out by the physician and parent (see forms below under related files to download a copy). All medications must be in it's original pharmacy labeled container. All medications must be brought to and from school by an adult.
