Welcome to MacFarland Intermediate School !


At MIS, our dedicated faculty and staff are deeply committed to meeting the individual needs of every student, every single day. We strive for excellence by delivering a challenging academic curriculum, enriched by a strong character education program that emphasizes respect for oneself, for others, and for the environment.


Our Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) is an integral part of our school community, providing meaningful programs and hosting memorable events throughout the year. At MIS, your child’s education and well-being are our highest priorities. To ensure a safe and secure learning environment, we kindly ask all visitors to use the main entrance, sign in at the front office, and wear a visitor’s badge at all times while on campus.


As we look ahead to the 2025–2026 school year, I’m excited to witness the continued academic, social, and emotional growth of every student. Together, we can make this a remarkable year at MacFarland Intermediate School.
